Hi everybody,

we are using BES Server 4.1 SP 7 and one of our users just had his old blackberry replaced by the new 9700. With his old BB, when the emails were deleted on outlook, they were kept into his BB.

Now there both deleted. I've check the Wireless Configuration on his device, but it's set to delete on Handheld only.

Is there any other option elsewhere to keep the deleted messages on the device even if they are deleted on outlook?
