Default Program Files > Common Files >Research In Motion > AppLoader

My berry's os is messed up, so im trying to reset the os in the backend. I used to be able to reach the app loader through Program Files > Common Files >Research In Motion > AppLoader, but now when i try to locate the apploader, there is no file "Research In Motion"

How can I get it back? is there another way to access the Apploader app?
