Wirelessly posted (8310, 8100, 7100t)

Hey guys. Just got a refurb 9700 from warranty exchange. It's much better than the NIB 9700 I got from AT&T (brighter screen, keys easier to press). The NIB 9700 was made in Canada -- this refurb was made in Mexico.

Anyway, the chrome bezel seems a LITTLE loose by the volume up/down buttons and usb port. Basically I can feel it move slightly when I touch it... Should I be worried (i.e. About dust accumulating under the screen)?

Thanks!
J

Nothing to worry about. The screen on the 9700 is glued down to the LCD and the device curcuit board so even if the bezel is loose there's no way for dust to get under the screen.

The downside to this construction is if you ever have to replace the screen - it's expensive!

thanks jimroe. it hasn't been bothering me as much lately, so I won't worry about any quick-fixes, etc.
