I just fired up and sync'd my new Bold 9700, and I notice that several icons are missing: the Memo Pad icon, the Tasks Icon, and the Search Icon. Maybe others? Unfortunately, I didn't notice whether they were there prior to the sync.

In options, I've told it to show me all, but no joy.

Suggestions?

My previous Blackberry was an 8100 Pearl. Initially, the 9700 seems much better.

Check the applications folder and upload folder. Hopefully its all there.

Yes, the missing icons were in the Applications folder. I don't have any 3rd party applications installed yet, so I didn't look there.
