I am trying to increase the # of rings on my wife's phone and cannot figure our how to do it can anyone help. The ring # is set at 4 rings and I want to increase it to 6.

Contact the network, sometimes they can increase the timeout before voicemail. Or you could just turn off voicemail.

Its all carrier controlled. So those are the only two options

I've always had success using this formula without contacting my carrier. Every ring with time before the next one is 5 seconds with a 30 second (6 rings) cap. Increase amount of rings before voicemail - BlackBerryFAQ

Some carriers also don't allow the changing of the number of rings.
