hey, just got my 9700 and used the media manager sync with itunes. my music doesnt play in the blackberry tho. all songs stay at 0:00 and dont play. the files are mp3. any reason y my music isnt workin?

id like to use a song as my ringtone. any help would be gladly appreciated thx.

Another way you can do is to stream your iTunes music on your Blackberry. No need to sync anything. www.jam11.com just started a private beta of their software which just enables this. You can request a beta code from that site.
