Default HELP:reload software 907

Please Login to Remove!

hello all, im a very2 new in using blackberry >.<. when i plugged my blackberry into the pc, it offered me to upgrade the software. and so i did upgrade my blackberry, and when it finished, my blackberry restarted

but then my screen is white and is written: reload software 507

can anybody help me pls? thank you.. >.<

507 means there is a corrupt file someplace and you need to reload the OS. Use the OS on the CD that came with your device or go to the yellow sticky at the top of the 9700 section and select one.

Then follow the directions in the sticky EXACTLY. Be patient as it can take an hour or perhaps longer.

ive already re-installed the os of my blackberry using the latest version that is posted in here

and it works ^^. my blackberry is rebooting n recovering right now. thx all, case closed
