BB Media Sync stops working when I try to launch it from BB Desktop Manager
I owned a Blackberry Bold 9700 model
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate
The Media Sync was working before, just recently when i started to use it again everytime I try to launch it you see it start that separate BB app screen where it tries to connect and then the program just stops responding and get the Windows program has stopped working pop-up. Then I get the option to search online for a solution, close the program or debug it. I've tried to uninstall both the desktop manager and the media sync and also uninstalling only the media sync software, but it doesn't work.
I tried installing the BB software and media on another computer running Windows XP and media sync does work there. I can't understand what happened on my system that is preventing the software from working. It just gives me these details
