I bought a 9700 a week ago, and since i ll leave the U.S soon, i did not buy a plan.

-----I connected to home wi-fi. If simcard is not in the phone, internet works well without any problem. If simcard is in the phone, this comes out: "subscription upsell required. call customer service...". It shows router or phone has no problem, but connections.---------

I turned mobile network connection off, but still have the same problem. What should I do?

I set my browser to "Hotspot Browser" in Advanced settings, thats it
