Copying contacts to the sim card

Is there a way to copy all my contacts to my sim card and still keep them on the phone as well? And is there an option for when you add a new contact it automatically copies it to your sim card?

Its "worse" than just one at a time; its = save every number in every contact ones at a time.
Joe = home, work and mobile numbers; you need to save each of those numbers sperately.
And it will only handle numbers; not address, email addresses, birthdays etc.

if you're changing blackberries, it'll be better to back up contacts to computer, and restore them onto new blackberry.
