BB 9700 groups problem
 

I am having problems transferring bb groups from my 8900 to 9700. I tried to scan barcode too but that just went to add me as a new user. All my contacts have been added but not my bb groups. I done thuis through device switch wizard and i also backed up my old 8900 and transferred just the groups and still nothing is on there. What to do?????
