The challenges that have been going through here is that my Bold 2 could not activate on Blackberry enterprise server via internet.I deleted the user on the BB enterprise server and still not activating over the internet. The activation message stays on my mailbox and never leave unlike before.
Below is what i've tried to resolve the issue:
1. When i connect to my computer, i was able to activate via BB Desktop manager but if i unplug my Bold 2, mails will stop coming in.
2. I took it to the enterprise server and assign a device to a created user which is me, it activated but only work locally.
Your quick response will be highly appreciated.
