I am new to the forum.
Today I bought my new BB9700 with a monthly contract to Orange.
I am facing problems setting up my email. Unfortunately, I don't know nothing about BB even though I had one before;all the set ups were made by a friend as well as the email set up.
My problem is that when I tried to set up my email today to my new BB there were 2 options: 1.create new account 2. existing users (user name and password)
I chose the second option as i thought I should just add my username from hotmail and my password. It says my username is incorrect. I guess I am far away from what I was supposed to do.
Then I thought of choosing from the beginning the first option.
after i agreed with the terms and conditions there was appeared a message saying that: "Cannot create account. An Account already exists for this blackberry device."
Can anyone Heeeeelp...????
