| The next step is to look at what is running (besides the five or so basic BlackBerry apps that are always on). Start by fully exiting everything so that nothing but those basic apps are running. If you are using an aftermarket theme, switch back to a stock theme for a while. See what happens. If all is good, then try one app at a time and see if any one or more is the culprit.
