Up until now I have always used Windows Mobile and have now made the switch to Blackberry. I was a bit afraid of the switch and learning but I'm doing ok and like my bold 9700.

I'm setup on BES Express with Exchange which is working great...but

When I check my email on my bold 8700 I'm taken to a box were it combines all my email (inbox, sent items, deleted, junk mail) but I want it to take me to inbox by default...

Also I have some emails in outlook filtered to go to a specific folder which works for the Bold too but when I hard delete those emails (from a specific folder) in outlook they stay in my Bold and don't get reconciled.

Any tips for me?
