Suddenly I'm getting an error when I connect my 9700 to the BB desktop application. It tells me to contact support to install the BB Device Manager.
Has anyone had this message? What to do? Its easier to contact the king of Prussia than to contact BB Support.

This might help if I understand your problem correctly?

KB19072-"The application loader wizard requires the BlackBerry Device Manager to be installed. Please contact customer support" appears when an action is performed on the BlackBerry Desktop Manager
