Whenever I try to open the camera,It will not.The response is always 'Could not start the camera,close other applications and start opening it again.I can't send and receive via bluetooth.Any useful guide pls...

For your camera, leave the device powered ON, remove the battery for a minute, replace and reboot.

Now, try the camera again.

Are you sure Bluetooth is turned on in Manage Connections? When you wish to receive via Bluetooth you will need to go to Media, Press Menu and then Receive via Bluetooth.
To send you will need to first pair with the device you wish to send to. Click on Set Up Bluetooth in Manage Connections and then search for the device you wish to connect to and press the trackpad. You will then have to exchange passcodes once to pair and then to send navigate to the file you want to send and press Menu, Send > Via Bluetooth. Select the device from the resulting list and then it will initiate the transfer.
