Default Bold 9780 and App World

Please Login to Remove!

Every time I try to look at screen shots on BB app world it just says "loading" forever. It never actually loads the screen shots. Anyone have this problem?

Is your WIFI turned on? I had a similar problem with BB App World and it only was resolved when I turned WIFI off. If that's not the issue you might try deleting the app and re-downloading it again to see if it fixes that issue.

Hi..
WiFi is off. The app world was already on my phone when I bought it. Maybe that's the issue. On my last phone I had to download it, but this one already had it.

You might also try a battery pull with the phone on, if you haven't already.

I'm having the same problem. I reinstalled the OS, pulled battery out, reinstalled App World, turned WiFi off.... STILL screenshots does not work, and also the App World runs very slow. Anyone resolved this issue!? HELP.

Mychelle, do you have a 9780 or an 8530 as in your profile? If a 9780, please update the profile to indicate your correct model number and your cell carrier. I know the 9780 does not run on Alltel. Both of those bits of information are useful as we try to help solve problems.

I assume that you have a BB data plan. Did App World install when you clicked the icon? Some of those add on programs have to be installed even though the icon is there. And who is your cell carrier?
