I am getting a clock beside my sent BBM messages. What does this mean? I tried sending a bbm to another blackberry right beside me and still get the clock. I just recently upgraded to the newer handheld software OS from the original 9780 software as prompted last week. Any one help?

Do you have a BB data plan? If so, are other RIM services working such as email, BB maps, Facebook, the BB browser?

Have you done a battery pull?

Have you resent service books?

Yes I have a data plan, I was receiving emails until around 5:00 pm then they stopped, I have pulled the battery. I have not resent service books.

Somehow my radio was turned off. Not sure how or why that happened. Seems to be working fine now. THX.

That would explain the clock...
