Default SIRIUSXM app not working on TMO mobile network

I've noticed that the tried and tested SIRIUSXM 1.0.0027 app for my 9700 isn't able to stream when on T-Mobile's 3G mobile network. Howver when on UMA it's connecting streaming fine.

On 3G mobile, it attepts to stream but then comes back with "Data Connection Lost, Please try again".

I have no problem streaming Nobex, Pandora or Slacker on 3G mobile. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Oh, and BTW, SiriusXM streams just fine on TMO 3G from my other MyTougch Android phone. I'm frustrated

Does that app have connection settings in options? For example, if it does, you might see options for connection type: Default / Wifi 1 / Wifi 2 / MDS / BIS-B / TCP. And if so, experiment. When connected to the mobile network, if Default doesn't work, then try BIS-B and then try TCP, and see what happens.

Only other idea I have iis the possibility of an IT policy, except the other services stream over mobile network with no trouble.

You should also try a hard reset if you haven't done it already.

I am also having this problem. I do not have any problem streaming Pandora. I haven't found any connection settings options in the SiriusXM Settings menu. And I have done a "hard reset" several times over the last few months for other reasons and this doesn't help the application. The SiriusXM technical staff are absolutely NO help and they don't call back even when they set up an appointment!

I have had this problem. It appears from things I have read at other sites and forums including the TMO knowlege base, that this issue is due to a lack of support for the 9780 specifically.
