Default 9700 Startup problem

Please Login to Remove!

I have been trying to get my phone to work all day. What i did was try to set up my email and then it said i had to install some stuff. I had to reboot so then when it did. It wouldn't leave the start up page. it jsut loads the entire thing and when it has the bar fully loaded it just stays on the screen and i cant do anything. It has been like that almost all day. I have taken the battery out and try to reboot it so many times. I haven't plugged it in the wall and I can't because i am no where near home! HELP please! :(

Do you have an error code? What apps were updating?

I would try a battery pull again.

I had something similar in the past and had to wipe it. Always good to have a back up handy...

Edit:Rebooting no stop...

Im sorry, I have no idea about macs but would recommend you make your own thread about as it will draw more attention to what you're looking for.
