hi all,

so this is driving me nuts but recently sent my 9700 into o2 which they sent back with the new os6 software, so works fine now.

the problem ive got is in cant restore my contacts back onto the phone from my desktop manager on my laptop.

its Synchronizing fine, when i go to restore the data everything goes on apart from my address book which is in light grey and underneth its says this is read only!

any ideas how i get round this?

Any more info on this? My 9700 went into eternal reboot loop and the warranty replacement came with os6, i was on os5. I can't get my contacts over either. Been searching all day and am no further along...frustrated.
