I just responded to the OP in the General Forum as I have the same issue for the last few days. So has a friend of mine in Germany. Both of us have long standing data contracts. We both have devices connecting to routers while roaming that we have used for months. There appears no logical reason why all of a sudden over the last 48 hours or so we lose WiFi connectivity. Very odd.
In desperation I upgraded the Device OS and it has had no effect.
