Good day all,
just recently i replaced my broken screen on my blackberry 9700.. since i replaced it just about every day i have to reboot my blackberry about 3 times a day because my bbm's are not coming to my phone. It will show delivered on the the person that is sending the messages but i never got the messages.. earlier today while it was doing this i went to clear my eventlog and the more i clear the even log the more i get this event... (a bbm - rr-rc-0 null).. could someone please assist me in getting this to stop...

It sounds like you need to uninstall and reboot, install BBM from Appworld and reboot. Sorry if it seems like a pain in the trackpad, but it should work.

i tried that.. the same thing...
