I was at Walmart today when I left my Bold on the seat where the kids usually sit and I've put things away into my car and I guess someone have stolen my phone because I've tried calling it and my phone was off. It was fully charged when I left the house.

I've downloaded/bought this app thinking it WOULD help me track my phone but it's a piece of crap. I am totally pissed off.

I've tried everything. I don't care about the phone. All I need/want is just my information and photos/videos/songs and who this person is.

I was wondering if AT&T will be able to track them down.

Not likely.

Did you report it being lost or stolen to your carrier (AT&T)? You are liable for all charges until you report it. You could also tell the police.

Unless you have a backup, and unless you find the device, your data is gone with it.
