| | 9780 has stopped displaying emails from BES

Just after midnight, approximately 36 hours ago, my 9780 received its last email via BES. The device is configured for BES, and also has a number of BIS mailboxes. Email to the BIS mailboxes is coming through fine. I can also use BBM. I can even send email from the BES mailbox, to ExchangeMyMail ("EMM") Support, and it is received. EMM have sent test emails to my handset and they're apparently formatted in a way that the BES will process them and deliver them to the handset so they can tell if they got there. I'm told they're getting to the handset. However they're just not displaying! EMM think it might be a bug.
I am about to reactivate OTA but before I do, I am wondering if anyone here has any ideas why this might have suddenly occured? I've tried multiple battery pulls but nothing. BB OS 220.127.116.111.
