Hi
I just return from my home country to Dubai. I had activated bb plan in India through Airtel service provider. In Dubai I am using DU.

Now after returning to Dubai when I am trying to configure email it is giving me error & asking to contact airtel helpline. I have swithed off handset, tried to deactivate the data package & activate again but still its same.

Rest applications are working fine through same data package but only problem is with Email setup.

Please help me guys. THanks in advance

You can only have one BlackBerry data plan on your device at a time. Sounds like your BlackBerry is still associated with your home carrier's BIS service, preventing you from getting data in Dubai. You have to call your home carrier and get your BlackBerry released from your old data plan.
