PLS HELP I WANT UPGRADE MY BLACKBERRY BOLD 2 9700 TO BLACKBERRY

BOLD 4 9780.PLS ADVISES ME AND HOW GO TO ABOUT THE UPGRADING.

The 9700 and the 9780 are two different devices. You have to sell your 9700 and buy a 9780 to 'upgrade'.

Please don't post in ALL CAPS. It's very unpleasant to read, and nobody will want to talk to you.

They are two unique devices. Your carrier likely has a handet upgrade program. Or, if your carrier doesn't carry the 9780, there are a number of online resources that sell unlocked 9780s.
