I've just downloaded the operating system v6 onto my Blackberry. I received a message to say that the download was successful, but now none of the buttons will work. I've tried removing the battery and replacing it, but they still won't work

Downgrade back to the previous version.

Did anything else happen to the device? Dropped? Wet?

Thanks for this. I've downgraded back to the previous version and it's now working.

Still not sure what happened before - the device wasn't dropped, or wet and the download wasn't interrupted either.

At least it's working now. Appreciate your help.
