Default OS6 issue and quistion about BBM

Please Login to Remove!

Hi everyone, Excuse my English

I've got 9700 before tow weeks and I upgrade the software to OS6, It's really cool and great but I've got an issue in Browser and in BBM.

The Browser doesn't work (wont launch) some time .
And the new BBM didn't like it cuz the red earphone when I send a b.c

My Questions:
1- How could I fix the Browser problem?
2- Is there any BBM version that don't have the red earphone and support OS6?

Now I'm using OS5.0.0.979 and BBM5.0.0.57
What I want is OS6 work perfectly and a BBM don't have the red earphone on it.

I apologies again for my English and I hope you understand my request.

It's hard for us to troubleshoot as you've already downgraded back to OS5.

However, We need some more information to be able to effectively troubleshoot your concerns.

RE: Concern 1 - Browser Problems
What exactly are you encountering? Is there an error message? Have you tried a battery pull? Have you try ALT+Blackberry Key to see if it's running in the background or hung? Is there another process running that is draining the RAM?

RE: Concern 2 - BBM Failing to send messages
What is the "Red Earphone" you speak off. Is it a red speaker with ")))" coming out of it? or a Red "X"? Have you tried a battery pull? You have tried deleting and re-installing? Are there any error messages?
