If anyone could help, I would be so grateful.

I have only had a BB for a couple of months, but during that time have had to replace it. I had no troubles backing up with the old one, but I have backed this one up twice and both times have lost ALL emails and text messages. I can't seem to find where they have been moved to, but I have lost a lot of information and am scared to back up again.

Contacts, Twitter message and pictures all remain, but memopad, texts and emails disappear.

I have looked through all options and cannot find anything obvious that I have/have not clicked.

Can anyone help?!?!
