Search for Shrink-A-OS which allows you to remove languages, games and other features you don't need.

Thanks,

Can somebody please explain or give me a link to instructions on how I can completely "wipe" or erase all the software on my phone and then re-install from scratch?

Thanks again,

When I load the new OS software after the wipe, is there a way to pick and choose what components I want? And which ones I don't want? As an example leave all the languages off except english? And leave certain games off? Etc etc

That's what Shrink-A-OS does.
