Unhappy Missing MMS

Please Login to Remove!
Is it true that Service book WAPPUSHCONFIG is missing in OS Ver. 6.0? thus making it impossible to activate MMS functionality.

I have tryed just about everything imaginable

Not true. Service books are pushed to your device by your carrier. Log into your BIS page at Tella and resend your service books.

I have tried to resend servicebooks, but that did not help. Could this be an OS issue?
