i encounter this problem whenever i try to connect to either gmail or hotmail. despite enabling accept cookies option (browser menu)

solutions provided are not specific to the BB9780 as this model's browser menu has limited options vs other/older models.

anyone encountering this problem as well? any solutions? tks in advance

I have this issue with two websites. One has been a problem for a while, and the other just started. I don't use tge gmail website, but I'll try windows live to see if it is now a problem, too.

The first website was a problem on my 9700 and is no different on the 9900, so in that instance I believe the website is just broke.

I don't know what you can do except delete cookies and cache and do a hard reset. If that doesn't fix it, I don't know.
