Default Camera app greyed out..despite wipe/reload and more

Please Login to Remove!

My wifes 9700 6.0 (Bundle 1879) v6.0.0.448, platform Has 3 issues.
1) Camera function. Camera is greyed out and screen is black. Unable to snap pictures.
2) Google App. Every time the google browser app is opened the blackberry gets a white screen.
3) The alarm clock will go off despite it being set to off.

I have wiped and reloaded the software on more than one occasion. I have deleted the google app and re-installed it also on numerous occasions.

My guess is that I have some sort of currupted file somewhere. But don't have the technical skills to find that out on my own.

Please help!

You did not say if the BB is a corporate one but if it is it could be optioned to block some apps or internet access.

You can use a program such as JL_cmdr or Swiss army knife to totally reload all the software.
Do a search on this forum for details.

Good luck
