The screen on my BB died and I wanted to replace it. I ordered the display version 002, but it is not working. What should I do?

Take it into a repair shop and have an experienced technician who is familiar with BlackBerry have a look at it.

I was going to suggest you may have the wrong screen but if you tried another one it may be the base electronics is defective. As suggested it may be time to send it into a repair shop.
