Hi -

I have had 4 Blackberries and on the last two: Bold 9700 (current model) and previously Curve, I was able to view PDF files.

I can no longer do this, unless I view them as an email attachment. i.e. I can not download and store the files I wish to view.

My Word and Excel viewing (and editing) works fine - I am on the Free versions as supplied with my BB. Can anyone explain why the PDF software does not work ?

PDF files are viewable. I have attached one issue i found but a simple method is to use an app called Documents to Go.

Also please update your model in the profile.
