I just carried out an update on my Blackberry Bold - BIG (Huge) mistake. I reset my Wifi with no problem but this time it wont' recognise the email account and when I enter my email address and password and click 'activate' it keeps telling me 'Sorry unable to continue your session, please log in again' (log into what? - I have logged into my email 10 times but continue to get this msg). In email set up my Hotmail address appeared automatically after the update 7 asked for my password, but thats as far as it goes.
I have gone and created a new Blackberry ID online via my PC and manually entered the same email details and it is now showing as 'email confirmed' on the Blackberry ID website. But still my Blackberry itself wont let me 'activate' this email address in 'set up email'. The BB online 'help & support' isn't 'much help or support' as it refers to the email set up telling me to enter email address and password then click 'Next' - there isn't a 'Next' on mine - only 'Activate', which it won't
Am I missing something here?
