I don't know what is happend to my blackberry bold 9700. Last time when I connected the phone to computer my terminal died. After sone second on the screen appear battery crossed. I can't do nothin with it now! I beg you for help. Not autorised service told me that "they can do nothing" and just returned my phone back. I have looked everywhere but nowhere is answer for that.

It is difficult to troubleshoot with the limited information you provided. By "terminal died" do you mean your BB stoped working?

Have you dropped the device or has it gotten wet?

Have you let the battery run down past 20% more than a few times? Have you tried a brand new battery made foor your device. It sounds like the battery has been damaged and needs replacing.

Phone never got wet and not i have never dropped it.
The phone shows crossed battery but batery change don't do nothing.

Dead in my opinion means that phone can't start up. When I plug it to charger red Led appear then dissapear and my screen show battery crossed by red cross. The same as in other bb when baterry is not inerted in.

Sounds like a damaged battery. Try an OEM replacement for your specific model. A new one, not an eBay knock off.

Maybe it sound like crazy but i tryed. I Tryed with orginal batery. Nothing happend. This is madness (like in sparta)I don't have any idea what to do. I checked nothong seems to be burned. everything looks alright. New software and hardware don't change nothing...

Get a NEW battery.
