I live in china ,english is poor ,i wish you can understand what I saying :I have a 9700 ,it's id is -1 WHO can tell about this ?

If you're referring to the Vendor ID, then I believe -1 signifies an engineering device or a device that was modified with illegal software. Either way, the device likely won't function.

Also, there is no need to preface every post saying that you're from China and your English is poor. We know that now.
