Default Uncaught Exception: UUID Must Be 36 Characters Long

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,
My blackberry App World has started to generate the error:
UUID Must Be 36 Characters Long

I know that it it App World for the following reasons:
1) Absolutely no changes have been to the phone.
2) App World loads when the phone is rebooted (battery removal and replaced). However, when it is selected it will not display.
3) When I uninstall the application the error goes away.

Uninstalling and reinstalling the software has not resolved this issue.

Any suggestions?

TIA,
Greg

If you remove appworld, again check in the list of applications if an application called "Blackberry Identity" is still installed on the device.
if yes, uninstall it, then install a matching appworld version for your OS again.
