I have a 9780 blackberry and am using Outlook 2010 with an exchange server email. when i delete an email from the device, it deletes off Outlook BUT if i delete off outlook, it does NOT delete off the device; this is a real pain at the end of the day to delete emails off the device that you have already read and deleted off outlook!!!

Then it won't work unless the server type is IMAP.

So there is NO WAY of a fixing this??

1) Get onto a BES, which supports full e-mail reconciliation
2) Use iMAP instead of POP - see your Exchange admin
