Picked up mine from a Rogers store in Toronto and have a problem with the "U" key. it intermittently does not work. It seems to need a firmer press than the other keys in order to work properly which means I am mistyping most sentences. I have also been missing some calls from someone calling me from a Bell mobility phone. I tested it with them and their call rings through to my voicemail, but doesn't ring on my end. As soon as it gets to my voicemail, it shows that I missed a call and the call is in my missed call log. Odd...
Hopefully the store will have a new replacement unit for me for the "U" issue.

Very strange....I had the same issue with a different letter and had to exchange it.

I've had that issue with the spacebar key on my Curve too...

Return it for a new one.
