Default convenience key not working on Torch

Please Login to Remove!

I bought a new Torch the other day. I just noticed the convenience key isn't working. The default setting is the camera but the button doesn't work. I then switch it to something else to see if it's the camera application but it still doesn't work. Anyone have any ideas what's going on?

Thanks,
Mahendra

If it's like default camera convenience key on the 9700, it could seem you've pushed it in all the way, but not. Put a little more pressure on it and see. . . . It may be the first "stop" is the focus lock for the camera, and pressing it further is the shutter.

okay, I'm an idiot. You're right, I wasn't pushing the button in all the way.

Thanks,

Not an idiot. Or maybe I'm an idiot, because it took me a day or two to figure it out, or I found the answer here, don't remember. Live and learn.
