Default Torch 9800 Calendar issue with BES 4.1.6

We have a BES 4.1.6 setup of 300 users, today we got our first Torch 9800. the activation was a pain, but after the alt +CNFG , i got it to go.

The only problem is that the calendar does not sync with exchange at all!
any ideas?

right click on the BES user and select "force calendar sync"

What version of Exchange?
Have you updated the device.xml and vendor.xml files on BES?
BES 5.0.3 MR4 :-: Exchange 2007 SP3 RU3
