1) For some reason, after my phone has been on a short while it decided to go black. I press the main button and then the red light goes on and it decides to completely reboot. I miss calls and stuff while this happens. It happens whenever I put my phone in my pocket (even if I lock it) and sometimes when just left alone on the table... It's most annoying!
2) How do I get my school email to forward to my phone? It is a school email address powered through Google, but without being hosted by gmail. All efforts thus far have been thwarted.

1) this is a timeout feature that turns off the screen and puts the device to sleep to save battery. Not a feature that you really want to change. To change it, Options > Display > Screen Display and change the timeout from 10 seconds to 2 minutes.

2) Don't use Google, but please try a search and see what you find.
