Hi, wondering if anyone could help. I recently updated from an 8900 to a torch and used the desktop software to transfer all my information. Since I done this i now have to e-mail icons for the one account, one has all my e-mails from my old device and the other the e-mails I have received since I changed my device. When i go into e-mail settings it says I only have one account, and if I delete this the old icon stays on my device. Does anyone know how to get rid of the icon with the old e-mails?

Have you tried a battery pull?

yeah i've tried a battery pull, tried logging onto to mobile email website and still only has one e-mail account. But when I try and send an e-mail it gives me the option of chosing between the two identical e-mail accounts!!

Delete the two email account service books and then resend the service books.
