So, I just bought an unlocked Blackberry torch and it SHOULD be arriving tomorrow. The Torch is for ATT, I just had some questions. My current provider is FIDO (Canada). When I have to update my berry will it install the Fido updates or the ATT ones? Is this going to make a difference on me what so ever?

All of the software is written by RIM and tested and released by the carriers. You can install any 9800 software, regardless of vendor. It won't change the start up screen (branding) in any event. Once it is unlocked, it is always unlocked.

Yeah, I know the branding won't go away. (Sucks, eh?)
