Default DM 5.0 compatible?

At the store I work, (Bell Dealer), we have tried doing some backups and restores for clients from their current device (usually Tour or older) and trying to restore to the Torch. The issue is that every time we do it, the touch screen does not work properly.

We then do a blackberry wipe, and then it works fine. But with no data. Is there an issue with DM 5.0?

Any one else have this issue?

Although DM 6 has been reported to be buggy, it may be better for the Torch

Upgrade to DM 6 for which a new version was recently released. Back up your old BB and use DSW.
