Hello i am a newbie as far as Blackberrys go got the torch on an upgrade, found it really good so far, only had it a couple of days. I have a convo/chat open it seems?? on my bb messenger, but when i go into messages its there still, i press delete but it just comes up with end chat or cancel, i click end chat but it still stays in the messages list??? does anybody know how to get rid?? ive tried switching it on and off etc thanks for any help

If not, do a hard reset. With the power on, remove the battery for at least 30 seconds. Then try again.
